Appointment Information
We see appointments 6 days a week and have multiple wonderful doctors to help accommodate the best day and time for your needs. Walk-ins will be accommodated as quickly as possible, but a short wait should be expected and appointments are preferred. Should something come up and you have to change your appointment time or date, give us a call as soon as you can and we will get you rescheduled. Please keep in mind we do see emergencies during business hours and there is a chance of scheduled appointment times occasionally running behind. To make an appointment, please call us at (480) 656-8922.

Surgery and Hospitalization
Surgeries are performed Tuesday thru Friday.  Check-in time is routinely between 7:30-8am. Should you need to drop off the evening before we can accommodate overnight stays. Surgeries are done by appointment or on an emergency basis. All anesthetized pets receive a comprehensive examination, pre-surgical blood work, IV-catheter, IV fluids, ECG and monitoring by one of our surgical nurses and post-operative pain management. Surgeries are done in no particular order; therefore, pick-up times vary. Please call prior to pick-up to ensure your pet is ready to go home. All hospitalized animals are required to be up to date on vaccinations.

After-Hours Emergencies
San Tan Animal Hospital does accommodate daytime emergencies, but please understand that we are not staffed 24 hours a day.
